Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and technically competent Sales Engineer to drive sales of Positive displacement (PD) pump, Centrifugal pump & Diaphragm pumps and fluid-handling solutions across the UAE market. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, providing technical support, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering knowledge with proven sales experience in industrial pumps or related equipment, along with a solid understanding of the UAE market.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of sales or technical sales experience in industrial pumps, preferably diaphragm (AODD) pumps or other fluid-handling equipment.

  • Industry Exposure: Experience in UAE markets serving sectors such as oil & gas, chemical, food & beverage, marine, or manufacturing.

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of pump selection, AODD pump operations, and industrial fluid-handling systems; able to provide technical presentations and application support.

  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, handling quotations, tendering, key account management, and business development.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the UAE/GCC industrial market, customer requirements, and competitor landscape.

  • Other Requirements:

  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

  • Willingness to travel across UAE for client visits.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in generating new business.
