Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic inside sales plans aligned with regional business objectives and revenue targets.
Drive the transformation from reactive to proactive sales approaches, implementing outbound sales methodologies to create leads and opportunities.
Establish, monitor, and optimize KPIs across conversion, quality, and productivity metrics.
Build strong collaboration frameworks between inside sales, field sales, and marketing teams.
Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies for inside sales excellence.
Design and implement standardized sales processes, call frameworks, and quality assurance programs.
Oversee the effective utilization of CRM and sales enablement technologies.
Manage resource planning and capacity optimization across teams.
