We are looking for a Quality Pilot to provide operational support on the Nador site.

This position is oriented towards field quality control, process supervision, application of standards and coordination with operational teams.

The Quality Pilot will be responsible for ensuring product and process conformity, implementing quality tools, and ensuring compliance with automotive industry requirements. This role requires excellent Excel skills, a solid understanding of fundamental quality tools, and strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal teams and partners.

Job duties

• Perform on-site quality controls and ensure the conformity of parts, processes and standards.
• Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective action plans with operational teams.
• Use quality tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA, Pareto, etc.) to analyze and solve problems.
• Ensure regular reporting of quality results via Excel and update the dashboards.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of on-site quality processes.
• Collaborating with production, engineering, logistics and supplier teams in the context of quality incidents.
• Ensure strict application of automotive industry standards and requirements.
