Job Description:
Are you a skilled and experienced Inspection Engineer with a focus on lifting equipment? We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in the role of Third-Party Inspection Engineer. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience and be prepared to participate in EIAC (Emirates International Accreditation Centre) audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Lifting Equipment Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of lifting equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
Compliance Assurance: Implement and uphold all relevant regulations and standards during inspections, ensuring lifting equipment meets safety and quality criteria.
Documentation: Prepare detailed inspection reports, including findings, recommendations, and compliance status. Maintain accurate inspection records.
Audit Participation: Actively participate in EIAC audits, demonstrating strong knowledge of lifting equipment inspection processes and accreditation standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and third-party stakeholders to coordinate schedules, resolve concerns, and ensure smooth inspections.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in lifting equipment technology. Recommend process improvements for efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of lifting equipment throughout its lifecycle and provide recommendations for maintenance, repair, or replacement as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in inspecting lifting equipment.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
Certification in lifting equipment inspection is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with clients and auditors.
Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Arabic language speaker preferred.
