Roles & Responsibilities

You will need to work with the control and quality departments:

  • To construct the initial training path for inspectors new arrivals based on their area of ​​responsibility,
  • To train or solicit mentors on the skills required for newcomers,
  • To present a progress report on their skills development during their training period and to ensure their preparation for their future certification,
  • Develop and implement an assessment within a defined timeframe, enabling them to validate the skills acquired and necessary for initial accreditation through concrete cases in the presence of the relevant accreditation services.
  • Submit the file to the skills and accreditation file manager for the relevant sector once the assessment is validated.
  • To propose and implement a system for people who need to complete their assessment,
  • To monitor the progress of initial authorizations with the relevant sectors.
  • Capture and implement lessons learned (RETEX) following RPO and CSC cases with inspectors and instructors.
  • Conduct a quarterly and annual review of your training activities and the skills development programs for inspectors.
  • To ensure communication with the network regarding the various skills development programs for inspectors.
  • Participate in the delivery of training in classrooms and on OJT if needed

To have your teaching skills recognized, you will need to meet the requirements of the standard operational Instructor job.

Desired Candidate Profile

Solid 10 years of inspection experience and engine mechanic experience preferred
