Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ability to use hydraulic jacks for vehicles.
Being able to dismantle and install tires on vehicles using equipment, wrenches, or other hand or electrical tools.
The ability to put tires on balancing machines to determine the balancing weight and choose the required weights and install them on the tires.
Inspect tires for any defects, such as punctures or tears.
Replacing the air valves and removing the objects that cause tire damage.
Repair tire damage using the appropriate type of patch.
Inspect the mechanical components of vehicles to identify problems.
Performing various mechanical duties, such as changing oils, fluids and filters, or checking and replacing batteries.
The ability to know the types of batteries, oils and tires suitable for each type of car by following the instructions from the car manufacturer.
Drive auto or service trucks to industrial sites to provide services or answer emergency calls when needed.
Receiving customers and responding positively to products and services and providing them with appropriate services.
Provide accurate information such as product features, prices and after sales services.
Full knowledge of product information and show comparisons between prices and additional features to encourage customers to buy.
The initiative to provide product information clearly to customers in order to serve the sales process.
Working on serving the client's requirements and conducting the sales process completely.
Perform any other directions as requested by the line manager.
