Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Perform rigorous on-site inspections to verify that construction work aligns with architectural designs and specifications.
- Assess the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Identify and document any discrepancies or construction defects, communicating findings to the relevant team members.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of inspection activities.
- Provide support and technical guidance to project teams regarding architectural compliance.
- Engage with contractors and subcontractors to resolve construction-related issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss progress, compliance, and any potential challenges.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in architectural inspection or construction supervision.
- Strong understanding of architectural standards, construction methods, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications effectively.
- Proficiency in inspection tools and related software.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborative teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Certification in construction inspection or related field is a plus.
