• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field), demonstrating a strong academic foundation in engineering principles.
• Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or API certifications, showcasing expertise in inspection methodologies and industry standards.
• Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in construction or engineering inspection, proving a solid background in practical application of inspection techniques.
• Exhibits a deep understanding of relevant industry standards (e.g., ASTM, ASME, ISO), ensuring familiarity with quality control and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents, ensuring a strong ability to understand project requirements.
• Demonstrates strong technical skills in inspection tools and equipment, including knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) methods and techniques.
• Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with a proven ability to identify and resolve complex engineering issues.
• Possesses strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, enabling quick and effective resolution of issues in the field.
• Exhibits physical ability to perform inspections on construction sites, including climbing, walking, and working in various weather conditions.
