Roles & Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Managing introductory calls with Install Partners (IP Intro Call)
  • Acquisition and verification of Install Partner documentation
  • Support in the Install Partner onboarding process
  • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely process
  • Monitoring and updating partner data in the company system

What We Are Looking For:

  • Good knowledge of Italian, written and spoken, B2 / C1 level preferred.
  • Previous experience in a Back Office Operations role, booking agent, or similar position.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
