Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Installation of different equipment at the customers different sites according to the plan arranged.

  • Undertake the installation and commissioning process in the clients site.
  • Provide technical support to customers on-site and remotely.
  • Provide technical assistance to the maintenance team.
  • Lead the installation team and present a timed schedule for the project.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's standards along with the safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Provide clients with on-site training on the doors.
  • Identifies, analyzes and repairs failures and orders replacement parts as required.
  • Troubleshoot Doors Problems and Repair them on Site.
  • Prepare all correspondence and documents related to the project as required.
  • Prepare and submit reports on installation and service activities as requested
  • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

Faculty of engineering graduate, electrical power, electrical, mechatronics or mechanical department.

  • A broad amount of technical knowledge of industrial doors and/or industrial products is a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel across Egypt.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of MS office
  • Can work under pressure and attentive to details.
  • Active, Observer and team player.
  • Driving license is a must
