Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Accurately measure windows for blinds/track installation.
2. Perform on-site installation for our valued customers.
3. Verify and ensure smooth operation of the blinds/tracks for optimal functionality.
4. Diagnose and address issues with existing blinds, replacing faulty components as needed.
5. Provide informative responses to customer inquiries regarding the blinds/curtain tracks.
6. Leave the installation area tidy and well-maintained upon completion.
7. Deliver a positive and enjoyable customer experience throughout the process.
Desired Candidate Profile
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous experience in window blind installation, carpentry, or general contracting preferred.
· Comfortable working with ladders, power tools, and in various residential/commercial settings.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
· Willingness to travel to job sites
