Job Description

• After a very successful 2024, looking for a new Institutional Equity Sales to join their global team.
• Develop and manage institutional client relationships across private banks, insurers, investment firms, and family offices
• Originate, pitch, and execute opportunities in cash equities, bonds, delta one products, and interest rates
• Provide market insights, investment ideas, and customized financial solutions to clients
• Work independently while coordinating with traders, research, and product structuring teams to deliver best-in-class execution
• Contribute direclty to P&L growth with full accountability for revenue generated
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, reporting directly to the Head of Structured Products

Key Candidate Criteria

• Must have strong background in financial services
• Experience in institutional equity or structured product sales
• Exposure to asset classes including cash equities, bonds, derivatives, or interest rate products
• Proven ability to originate business and manage client portfolios independently
• Strong relationships across private banks, insurers, investment firms, or family offices
• Fluent in English
