Institutional Research and Planning Specialist

Collaborate closely with the Director of QAD to support and guide UAQU s institutional research, planning, and quality enhancement initiatives.

• Design, establish, and implement institutional research methodologies for data collection, integration, analysis, and reporting from diverse internal and external data sources.
• Engage with academic and administrative stakeholders to support the evaluation of institutional effectiveness and learning outcomes.
• Design, administer, analyze, and report on university-wide surveys targeting students, faculty, staff, alumni, and employers.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across institutional databases, and initiate corrective actions when discrepancies are identified.
• Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of UAQU s strategic and operational plans, with a focus on institutional efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and contribute to periodic, annual, and ad-hoc analytical reports to support institutional planning and executive decision-making.
• The preparation and updating of institutional publications and periodic analytical reports, including the UAQU Annual Factbook and other periodic books
• Support accreditation and reporting requirements for CAA, CHEDS, MOHESR, and international accreditation agencies through data provision and analysis.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the mission and objectives of the Quality Assurance Department.
