Job Role:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Instructional Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational theories, content design, and technology integration. You will be responsible for developing engaging, interactive, and effective educational materials, including video content, e-learning courses, and curricula.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with subject-matter experts (SMEs) to write scripts for videos, quizzes, and interactive content. You will work through a structured workflow, gathering content requirements from SMEs, crafting scripts and storyboards, and ensuring all content aligns with educational goals. You will also collaborate with digital creatives and other team members to develop high-quality materials that enhance the overall learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop educational content using modern teaching methods and multimedia.
• Apply gamification and innovative techniques to enhance learner engagement.
• Write scripts for videos and e-learning courses in collaboration with SMEs.
• Create interactive content and storyboards using authoring tools.
• Develop curricula with SMEs, particularly for Egyptian educational materials.
• Curate and review K-12 educational content, including videos, questions, and notes.
• Provide creative direction for motion graphics and interactive elements.
• Oversee content development from concept to final product.
• Manage projects, timelines, and client communications.
• Work with digital learning platforms, LMS, and educational applications.
• Explore and implement AR, VR, and other technologies for enhanced learning.
• (Preferred) Oversee production processes, including filming and media editing.
• (Preferred) Use basic HTML5 for interactive content.
