Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This is a content-heavy, design-focused role. You will translate business needs into complete learning experiences, including facilitator guides, participant materials and experiential activities, in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design complete learning programs on topics such as leadership, people management, communication, coaching skills and core business skills.
  • Develop detailed facilitator guides, including timing, session flow, key messages, debrief questions and clear instructions for activities.
  • Create participant guides, workbooks, handouts, job aids and reflection tools that are practical, structured and visually clear.
  • Design experiential learning components such as learning videos, interactive learning modules, case studies, role plays, group activities and self-assessments.
  • Draft and adapt learning content in both Arabic and English, not only translate it, while maintaining tone, accuracy and business context.
  • Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to convert business challenges into learning objectives, modules and session outlines.
  • Build digital learning assets using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise or Adobe Captivate.
  • Adapt existing programs for different seniority levels, sectors and delivery modes (virtual, face to face and blended).
  • Ensure all content is aligned with adult learning principles and experiential learning best practice.
  • Manage multiple design projects, track progress and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, Business, Psychology or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design or corporate L&D roles.
  • Proven experience designing leadership and managerial skills programs, not only technical or compliance training.
  • Demonstrated experience creating:
    • Facilitator guides
    • Participant guides or workbooks
    • Activities, role plays, learning videos and interactive learning modules, and group exercises
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experiential learning approaches.
  • Hands-on proficiency with at least one major e-learning authoring tool (Articulate Story line, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate or similar).
  • Bilingual: fluent written and spoken Arabic and English, with the ability to originate content in both languages.
  • Strong writing and structuring skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts into simple, actionable content.
  • Solid PowerPoint skills and comfortable working with templates and branding guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
