Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Control Engineering, or related field
5-10 years of offshore Oil & Gas experience in instrumentation and control systems
Proven supervisory experience in offshore environments
Knowledge of offshore safety regulations and standards (BOSIET, HUET certifications preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work in a high-pressure offshore setting
