Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the installation, testing, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems.
- Supervise the daily activities of instrumentation technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality regulations.
- Coordinate with project management and engineering teams to align work schedules with project timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure all instrumentation work meets required specifications.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members; fostering professional growth and adherence to best practices.
- Document work progress and generate reports for project management review.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a technical degree or certification in instrumentation is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in instrumentation, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of instrumentation systems including installation, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations applicable to instrumentation work.
- Filed experience related water metering, water pipe fitting , electromagnet water flow meters , flow measurement maintenance , calibration of water meters etc
- Experience with field operations related to water metering and associated maintenance tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent is required; a technical degree or certification in instrumentation is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in instrumentation, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
Extensive knowledge of instrumentation systems including installation, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting.
