Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Plan, organise and Execute Engineering PM and CM for PCD-IT equipment
2. Respond to PCD P1 and P2 call out after working hours if needed to check issues related to PCD Security and advise the remediation plan in accordance to OmanLNG procedures
3. Update Process , Engineering and Network documents which are required to be updated as a result of routine / project such as PCD inventory, Network Diagrams , Visio Drawings, Manual backup logs , restoration logs, users auditing logs, routine checklists etc.
4. Support in preparing the PCD design specification and drawings for projects related to PCD cybersecurity projects.
5. Track Planned Maintenance (PM) execution and align with related stakeholders.
6. Support in raising awareness on PCD Cybersecurity to OmanLNG PCD Community.
7. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with HSE policy and procedures.
8. Initiate and develop specific work instructions and inspection & testing schedules to ensure section compliance. Contributes to the Projects department quality assurance system.
9. Prepare and submit progress reports, cost tracking reports and issue monthly financial a physical reports per project.
10. Introduce systems and tools to the complex that will continuously and where possible in a step change improve the availability of the complex.
11. Undertake regular follow up on the status of all projects assigned and advice the mitigation plan.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. BSc degree in engineering science (specialising in instruments and electronics), computer engineering, information technology, or cyber security
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in oil and gas industry (minimum 2 years of experience for Sr. Project Engineer) , preferably in OT/ICS environments (oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, or similar).
3. Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity standards such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and vendor-specific security guidelines.
4. Network and Cybersecurity Certifications are preferred.
