Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the commissioning of complex systems, ensuring all equipment functions as designed and meets project specifications.
- Develop and implement detailed commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules, proactively managing potential delays and risks.
- Coordinate and supervise commissioning activities with vendors, contractors, and internal teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
- Conduct thorough system testing and troubleshooting, identifying and resolving issues to optimize performance and reliability.
- Review and approve commissioning documentation, including test procedures, reports, and as-built drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide technical guidance and training to commissioning team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards throughout the commissioning process.
- Manage the commissioning budget and resources effectively, controlling costs and maximizing efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates 8+ years of progressive experience in commissioning, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Power Generation or similar industries.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of commissioning principles, practices, and related engineering disciplines.
- Proficient in using commissioning software and tools, including data loggers, analyzers, and reporting software.
- Showcases excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Possesses a Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
