Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle installation, calibration, loop testing & troubleshooting of field instruments in refinery plants.
- Supervise installation, calibration & loop checking of process instruments
- Review P&ID and instrument data sheets for field execution
- Monitor DCS / PLC interface testing & instrument communication protocols
- Ensure proper cable termination, glanding & signal checking
- Conduct troubleshooting for transmitters, control valves, analyzers & switches
- Coordinate manpower & allocate tasks to instrument technicians
- Generate loop folders, progress reports & test certificates
- Ensure correct tagging and documentation as per EPC/ARAMCO standards
- Adhere to safety standards during hot work, confined space entry & energization
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma / Degree in Instrumentation + 8+ years Oil & Gas experience.
