Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Overview:
Responsible for maintaining and upgrading automation systems for GRP production lines. Our machines are automated using OEM platforms, with planned upgrades for enhanced efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot PLC and SCADA systems for production equipment.
  • Perform daily preventive maintenance and resolve electrical/instrumentation issues.
  • Modify existing control logic based on pipe design requirements.
  • Support automation upgrade projects and ensure seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams for continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA, and industrial automation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
  • Ability to adapt and implement control logic modifications.
