Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Core Instrumentation Activities

  • Execution and supervision of Instrumentation & Control systems installation at site.
  • Loop checking, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of instruments and control systems (PLC / DCS / SCADA).
  • Review and implementation of Instrument Index, Hook-up drawings, Cable schedules, and Loop diagrams.
  • Calibration and troubleshooting of field instruments (pressure, flow, temperature, level, analyzers).
  • Coordination with vendors for FAT/SAT and material inspection.
  • Preparation of As-Built documentation and system handover packages.

Telecom System Activities

  • Supervision and coordination for Telecom System installation PAGA, CCTV, LAN, Fiber Optic Network, Access Control, and Radio Communication systems.
  • Verification of Telecom equipment installation and network connectivity.
  • Coordination with vendors for system integration and Control Room interfaces.
  • Testing, commissioning, and preparation of test reports and configuration documents.

Telecon / Coordination Activities

  • Participate in weekly/biweekly telecon meetings to review:
    • Engineering & procurement status
    • Construction progress and manpower planning
    • Testing & commissioning updates
    • Safety, quality, and action item tracking

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 815 years in Instrumentation & Telecom Construction (Oil & Gas / EPC Projects).

If Candidates already available in KSA are also preferred.

GCC Experience: Prior GCC experience is an added advantage.

Standards & Specs: Proficient in international instrumentation standards; ARAMCO project experience will be a strong plus.

Strong leadership, site coordination, and vendor interface skills.
