Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute repair works, testing, install and replacement of instruments by using hand tools/devices during failures/incidents in the best level of efficiency and effectiveness and respecting the time schedule.
- Should be prepared to work in day and night shifts as per the requirement of the company; Renders overtime work as deemed necessary and approved by his superior; To leave his shift only when properly relieved.
- Carry out calibration of all plant’s process and protection instruments and document them properly into appropriate calibration log for future reference such as weigh feeders and instruments (temperature, pressure, flow, level, gas analyzers, metal detectors, etc.), packer machines and truck weighbridges.
- Participate to the identification and providing complete specification of instrumentation spare-parts and consumables needs.
- Updates instrument and control diagram/drawings, manuals to reflect on actual if revisions has been made.
- Be responsible for maintaining his personal and all common tools in good working conditions; report immediately to his superior if damaged or lost during his tour of duty.

- Efficiency and effectiveness of all instrument related jobs.
- Number of instruments & PLC problems reported and resolved.
- Accurate and timely reports submission.
