Instrumentation Technician (Repair & Maintenance) Ratna International

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of all process instrumentation and analysers. • Troubleshoot faults in field instruments and control loops; repair or replace defective components. • Calibrate, test, and verify the accuracy of sensors, transmitters, and indicators. • Support commissioning and shutdown/start-up activities for instrumentation systems. • Maintain inventory of spare parts and prepare service reports/documentation. • Support upgrades, modifications, and reliability improvement programs. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during maintenance work. • Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and OEMs for technical assistance. • Provide on-job training to junior technicians and plant operators on instrument maintenance procedures.
