We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Insulation QC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and assurance, with expertise in insulation materials and processes.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct regular inspections of insulation installations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Develop and implement quality control procedures for insulation products and services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.

Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in insulation quality.

Provide training and guidance to junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

Ensure all quality control activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in the insulation industry.

Strong knowledge of insulation materials, processes, and industry standards.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Familiarity with quality management systems and software applications is desirable.
