Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell insurance products to new and existing clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Follow up with clients, leads, and prospects to close sales
  • Prepare insurance quotations, proposals, and policy documentation
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales data
  • Support insurance-related sales processes and documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree

A minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role

Own a vehicle

Experience in insurance is required

Excellent command of English

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability and willingness to learn new products and procedures

High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
