Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to tailor insurance solutions that meet individual client requirements and financial goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Utilize advanced software tools to analyze policies and assist clients in understanding complex insurance documents and terms.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred to build a strong foundation in insurance principles.
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry, ideally 2-3 years, demonstrating a proven track record in sales or client management.
  • Professional certifications such as Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) or Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) are highly valued.
  • Candidates with a background in financial planning or risk management will have an edge in understanding client needs.
