Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

Reviewing and optimizing current insurance offerings

Managing insurance provider tender processes

Broadening retail insurance coverage

Developing bancassurance frameworks

Ensuring regulatory and Shariah compliance

Enhancing reconciliation processes

Managing stakeholders and vendors driving change management and staff training


Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's in insurance, Finance, or Risk Management (Master s preferred)

CII, ACII, LOMA, or equivalent Experience: 8 10 years in insurance/bancassurance, with 3 5 years in a senior advisory role

Strong financial analysis, vendor management, regulatory knowledge, and project management

Proficiency in English required; Arabic is an advantage
