Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Present product benefits and features effectively through telephone calls by using clear scripts and tailored messaging to acquire new business and generate revenue.
- Handle leads by tracking and following up through CRM tools or call logs to maximize conversion opportunities and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new revenue-generating opportunities to contribute to individual and company growth objectives.
- Recommend sales script adjustments by analyzing customer responses and preferences to better engage prospects and increase conversion rates.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives with prospective customers for technical products to facilitate face-to-face discussions and support sales closure.
- Report achieved targets on a regular basis using internal reporting tools to provide performance insights and track progress against goals.
- Report customer issues or requests by communicating promptly to relevant teams to ensure quick resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Qualifications: br>
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in tele sales/outbound calling experience.
