Insurance and Claims Officer

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Insurance and Claims Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams to design and issue insurance slips based on the client's requirements.

Assess and compare offers to ensure proper coverage options.

Assist the senior team in policies issuance (Marine, Property, Medical )

Accurately record claim details, maintain organized records, and prepare regular reports on claim status.

Assist in handling professionally claims issues with internal teams, clients and external adjusters.

Assist the senior team in conducting investigations and assessments of claims.

Ensure that all claims are in line with the terms and conditions of the insurance policies.

Maintain excellent customer service and support to policyholders throughout the whole insurance process.


Key Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Insurance, Business Administration or a related field.

2 to 4 years of experience in Insurance claims.

Strong knowledge of Insurance and claim processes.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Fluency in English and French is mandatory.

Preferably Beirut Residents.
