Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist insurancespan team with administrative tasks /span>
- Generate and manage invoices forspan insurancespan policies and services provided
- Prepare and issuespan insurancespan certificates accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain stakeholders records and ensure data integrity in our database systems
- Coordinate withspan insurancespan carriers and stakeholders to facilitate policy changes, renewals, and claims processing
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients regardingspan insurancespan policies and coverage
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
- Research and evaluatespan insurancespan products and providers to identify the most suitable options for the firm
- Assist in the preparation ofspan insurancespan proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support throughout thespan insurancespan procurement process, including policy issuance, endorsements, and claims management
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders andspan insurancespan carriers to enhance the firm's status and business development efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience inspan insurancespan administration or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies as needed.
