Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Verify and validate insurance coverage and eligibility

  2. Process insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and reimbursements

  3. Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues or discrepancies

  4. Maintain accurate client insurance records

  5. Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and company procedures

  6. Assist clients or patients with insurance-related queries

  7. Coordinate billing processes and follow up on outstanding claims

  8. Prepare reports on claim status, approvals, and denials

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)

  2. Experience in insurance, billing, or healthcare administration is a plus

  3. Knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and regulations

  4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  5. Excellent communication and customer service skills

  6. Proficiency in MS Office and insurance/billing software

  7. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
