Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage under the Riyayti program.

  • Process insurance claims, approvals, and pre-authorizations.

  • Coordinate with doctors, insurance providers, and Riyayti representatives regarding coverage and approvals.

  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately.

  • Handle billing inquiries and ensure proper documentation for insurance submissions. • Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile


We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Coordinator / Receptionist to join our medical center team. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations while handling insurance coordination tasks, particularly for patients covered under the Riyayti healthcare program.


  • Previous experience in a medical center or hospital setting.

  • Knowledge of insurance processes and the Riyayti system preferred.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in medical software and MS Office.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
