Act as the primary contact for clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions

Advise clients on available insurance products (e.g. motor, property, health, life, commercial lines)

Obtain quotations from insurers and negotiate terms on behalf of clients

Prepare and manage policy documentation, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations

Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurers and underwriters

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products

Support clients with claims processing and follow-ups

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures

Maintain accurate client records and reports
