Main missions

  • Responsible for organizing and monitoring the execution of administrative acts in compliance with the techniques, procedures, rules and practices applicable to a management area, in strict compliance with hygiene, safety, health and environmental rules.
  • Negotiating the best costs and insurance conditions for company project equipment.

  • To develop work across an entire area of ​​insurance management.
  • To monitor the evolution of regulations in the field of administrative management.
  • Identify all risks that could be insured.
  • Participate in insurance contract negotiations.
  • To assist operational structures in handling claims.
  • Receive claims declarations and initiate the procedure for their handling.
  • Managing insurance disputes.
  • Maintaining relationships with insurance companies.
  • Distribute circulars and notes relating to insurance.
  • Prepare claims files.
  • Drafting notes and preparing management documents.
  • Prepare files to inform routine decisions.
  • Organize and control the work of a team or a unit.
  • Assist managers in dealing with delicate or complex problems.
  • Disseminate internal and external information relating to the functioning of the structures.
  • Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize the classification and archiving of processed documents and regulatory texts.
  • Apply the HSE measures and instructions.
  • Periodically analyze the ratios of insurance premiums to claims reimbursements.
  • Monitor the recovery of claims reimbursements.
  • Subscribe to insurance policies annually and notify the insurer of any changes that have occurred.
