Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor insurance procedures in accordance with internal and regulatory insurance standards.
- To verify the compliance of operations and documents with the requirements.
- Collaborating with different departments to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure training and awareness-raising of teams on best practices.
- Ensure that procedures are updated in accordance with regulatory changes and feedback from the field.
- Mastery of the standards and references applicable to the insurance sector.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and writing skills.
- Autonomy, rigor and a sense of organization.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- My mastery of computer tools.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's level degree in a relevant field (quality, management, insurance).
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in a similar position, ideally in the insurance sector.
