Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and renew all fleet insurance policies (comprehensive, third-party, etc.)
  • Handle end-to-end claims management process (FNOL, assessment, settlement, recovery)
  • Coordinate with insurance companies, brokers, and surveyors
  • Analyze claims data and identify trends to reduce loss ratios
  • Ensure compliance with local insurance regulations and company policies
  • Review accident reports and determine liability
  • Work closely with operations and fleet teams to minimize risks
  • Negotiate premiums, coverage terms, and service level agreements
  • Monitor insurance costs vs. budget and recommend optimization strategies
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting for all insurance activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Insurance, or related field)
  • 5 10+ years of experience in insurance within:
  • Automotive sector
  • Car rental / fleet management companies
  • Strong knowledge of:

1-Motor insurance policies

2-Claims handling & recovery

3-Fleet risk management

  • Experience dealing with major insurance providers and brokers
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
