Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate and process insurance applications, renewals, and policy changes in a timely and accurate manner.

Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, insurance providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Review and verify insurance documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Assist clients with claims submissions, follow up on claim statuses, and provide updates throughout the claims process.

Maintain and update client records, policy information, and documentation in the company s management systems.

Resolve client inquiries and issues related to insurance coverage, billing, and policy terms.

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support business development and client retention initiatives.

Monitor policy expirations and proactively communicate with clients regarding renewals and required documentation.

Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and data privacy requirements.

Prepare and deliver regular reports on insurance activities, claims status, and operational metrics to management.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance coordination, administration, or a related field.

Fair in English.

Strong understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Proficiency in using insurance System , CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving client issues.

Team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
