Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Promote and sell a range of insurance products and services to individual and corporate clients.
  • Conduct needs analysis and risk assessments to recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and policy administration.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the insurance portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy documentation.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
