Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
About the role:
- Proactively promote and sell Amanleek’s medical insurance products to individual clients through calls, messages, and referrals.
- Use your medical knowledge to clearly explain coverage options, benefits, and policy details, helping clients make informed decisions.
- Qualify leads, understand client needs, and tailor your sales approach to meet those needs effectively.
- Handle objections confidently and turn prospects into satisfied customers.
- Maintain consistent follow-up to maximize conversion rates and close sales efficiently.
- Accurately document all sales activities, client interactions, and policy details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and policy issuance.
- Stay updated on medical insurance products, pricing, and market trends to provide competitive offers.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering high-quality service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, or related medical field (required).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare advisory roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to explain medical and insurance concepts in simple terms.
- Empathetic, trustworthy, and genuinely focused on helping people.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with high attention to detail.
- familiarity using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Very Good command of verbal and written English skills.
