Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of insurance products 

  • Acquire new customers through leads, referrals, and networking channels

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions

  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents

  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback

  • Drive team productivity and ensure target achievement

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention 


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in insurance / BFSI sales

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Target-driven with a performance-oriented mindset

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
