Roles & Responsibilities

The customer service representative handling inbound calls is responsible for answering incoming customer calls. Their role is to identify customer needs and provide a solution as quickly as possible. Sometimes, they also have to close sales. Reporting to the team leader, their main responsibilities include:

  • Receive incoming calls from customers
  • actively listen to the interlocutors
  • Identify their needs, analyze their requests and guide them
  • Maintaining the highest quality of customer service
  • To ensure the achievement of the project's quantitative and qualitative objectives.

Before taking on the role, comprehensive training is provided to prepare him for the responsibilities he will be given.
