Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The customer service representative handling inbound calls is responsible for answering incoming customer calls. Their role is to identify customer needs and provide a solution as quickly as possible. Sometimes, they also have to close sales. Reporting to the team leader, their main responsibilities include:
- Receive incoming calls from customers
- actively listen to the interlocutors
- Identify their needs, analyze their requests and guide them
- Maintaining the highest quality of customer service
- To ensure the achievement of the project's quantitative and qualitative objectives.
Before taking on the role, comprehensive training is provided to prepare him for the responsibilities he will be given.

Perfect mastery of the French language, with good fluency in both spoken and written French.
