Roles & Responsibilities


Your mission

Reporting to the project manager, your missions will be to:

  • Ensure the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives

  • Provide regular activity reporting to the client and top management
  • Manage and lead a team of telesalespeople: field activities, coaching, holding regular individual meetings and team meetings, implementing a support plan for low performers, etc.
  • Analyze individual and collective performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure the availability of resources and means of production necessary to maintain flows
  • Manage turnover, absenteeism and implement the necessary action plans
  • Provide administrative support to your team (leave, absences, lateness, etc.)
  • Alert on problems that could impact production

  • You have previous experience as a supervisor or team leader in a telesales activity
  • You have successful experience in a similar position in an insurance activity (providence, health, borrower)
  • You have a perfect command of written and spoken French.
  • You have analytical skills to understand and manage the achievement of objectives
  • You have in-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices in telesales
  • You are organized and rigorous.
  • You are recognized for your interpersonal skills
  • You are a force for proposal
  • Leadership and strong managerial skills are essential qualities to successfully carry out your mission.
  • You are comfortable with office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the internet) and telephony
