Integrated Care Project Lead

Define, design and validate while implementing Integrated Care projects.

Collaborate with health authorities on IC projects aimed at the general public to raise awareness of chronic diseases (diabetes, cardiovascular diseases).

Develop partnerships with private and public actors to improve access to care.

Analyze the effectiveness of implemented projects, including measuring the impact on key stakeholders, satisfaction and costs.

Contribute to the identification and implementation of innovative solutions that address the main pain points identified in the strategy.

Offer solutions in line with new technologies and based on the needs and profiles of stakeholders.

Ensure that projects are in line with Sanofi's strategy, particularly in terms of public health and sustainable development.

Ensure that projects comply with local regulations and internal procedures.

Be responsible for developing content (digital or other) related to patient projects.

Implement validated global and African regional projects based on different patient-centric channels, in alignment with the marketing strategy in order to support the subsidiary's products and create differentiation versus competitors.

Coordinate and facilitate with internal clients, agencies and field teams to ensure optimal project implementation. Implements marketing strategy on a limited number of assigned brand(s) or product(s) or category(ies) within a geography. Is in charge of implementing customer/patient strategy for its brand.
