Job Description:

We are looking for an Integrated Planning Manager to lead the development and delivery of holistic media strategies across digital and offline channels. In this role, you will connect consumer insights, channel planning, data, and creativity to build integrated communication solutions that drive business results. You will work closely with strategy, creative, performance, and analytics teams, manage end-to-end planning, and serve as a key partner to clients on all integrated media matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of integrated media strategies across digital, offline, and emerging channels.
  • Translate client objectives, audience insights, and category dynamics into actionable communication plans.
  • Develop annual/quarterly integrated plans including channel roles, consumer journeys, touchpoint mapping, and budget allocation.
  • Oversee campaign activation, ensuring plans are executed to the highest standards across all teams.
  • Collaborate closely with performance, creative, analytics, CX, and strategy teams to deliver unified communication solutions.
  • Analyze market data, platform insights, competitive activity, and consumer behavior to inform planning approaches.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as a trusted day-to-day planning advisor.
  • Prepare and present integrated strategies, rationale decks, and performance reviews.
  • Supervise and mentor junior planners to develop their strategic and operational capabilities.
  • Stay current on media trends, audience shifts, platform updates, and new channel opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • 5 7 years of experience in integrated media planning (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of cross-channel ecosystems including digital, social, OOH, TV, audio, and programmatic.
  • Ability to connect data, insights, and creativity into cohesive, strategic communication plans.
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and client-facing presentation skills.
  • Experience working with research tools, planning platforms, and measurement frameworks.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategy.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
