Roles & Responsibilities

Securemax Co. is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in IBM Stack, App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM MQ, and practical exposure to IBM Cloud Pak for Integration. The ideal candidate must have solid shell scripting skills and proven experience working within in banking sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain integration flows using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).
  • Manage, configure, and troubleshoot IBM MQ in high-availability environments.
  • Implement and support integration solutions on IBM Cloud Pak for Integration.
  • Develop automation and operational scripts using shell scripting.
  • Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and optimization of integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across application, infrastructure, and security domains.
  • Ensure all integrations comply with banking security and regulatory standards.
  • Provide production support, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).
  • Strong command of IBM MQ administration & development.
  • Practical exposure to IBM Cloud Pak for Integration.
  • Proficiency in shell scripting (bash/ksh/sh).
  • Mandatory experience in the banking or financial sector.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD).
  • Understanding of integration security standards and best practices.
  • Experience with container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift).
