Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Requirements:

Technical Expertise:

  • Integration of Apache Kafka/RocketMQ, Spark/Flink, Airflow for data flows.
  • Deep knowledge of Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Iceberg, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse.
  • Experience in Node.js/Next.js, React, Flutter to guide app teams.
  • Experience with Camunda/Zeebe, Temporal for workflows.
  • Familiarity with API gateways (Kong, NGINX, KrakenD) and gRPC/REST.

Integration Focus:

  • Core banking (Temenos, Flexcube), ERP, document viewer, plugin ecosystems.
  • Multi-tenant, high availability, and hybrid deployment models.

Soft Skills:

  • Leadership & mentoring of distributed outsourced teams.
  • Strong stakeholder communication for compliance & banking partners.
  • Ability to align business requirements with technical design

Desired Candidate Profile

Education / Background:
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MSc preferred).
8 12 years experience in enterprise software integration.
