Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement system integrations (APIs, middleware, data interfaces)

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to define integration solutions

  • Configure and manage integration platforms and tools

  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration performance issues

  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational standards

  • Collaborate with IT, digital, and business teams to support system enhancements

  • Maintain technical documentation for integrations and workflows

  • Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

  • Proven experience in system integration, APIs, or middleware platforms
  • Strong understanding of data formats (JSON, XML), web services, REST/SOAP
  • Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, Oracle Integration, etc.)
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills in English
