Intelligence Analyst – OSINT & Narrative Analysis (UAE) PeakMetrics

Hybrid - Remote and some onsite work.

PeakMetrics is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to support a government-focused program in the region with open-source intelligence (OSINT) research and information‑environment analysis. In this early‑career role (2–5 years of experience), you’ll use the PeakMetrics platform to conduct OSINT investigations, analyze social and digital media, and produce clear, actionable written products. This is a hands-on, customer‑facing position involving regular engagement with stakeholder teams to understand mission needs, triage requests, and brief findings—operating at the intersection of OSINT, narrative intelligence, and digital media in a rapidly evolving region.

Conduct OSINT investigations, including social media account analysis, network mapping, narrative tracking, and information-environment monitoring.

Use the PeakMetrics platform to gather data, analyze online activity, identify emerging narratives, and develop analytic findings.

Produce clear, concise intelligence products—daily updates, narrative briefs, situational reports, and visualized insights.

Synthesize complex information from multiple data sources into mission-aligned analysis for senior stakeholders.

Engage directly with customer teams to understand priorities, triage requests, brief findings, and support ongoing analytic needs.

Provide training and support to users on OSINT workflows and PeakMetrics tools.

Collaborate with product/engineering teams to improve data reliability, features, and analytic workflows.

Contribute to SOPs, tradecraft development, and repeatable workflows for narrative monitoring.
