Interface Coordinator Bin Quraya

Interface coordinator is to organize, control and follow up process to have all deliverables timely issued for all interfaces, and to control the quality of these deliverables during FEED and EPCIC phases. To assist interfaces as required, in the closing out.

• Support the development of internal interface management process for the project team as well as Project wide interface management process.
• Support external interface obligations with the operation team partners.
• Identify, review, manage, audit and close out project interface related issues and other deliverables, working closely with staff from all departments within the Operations organization and with our project partners.
• Support the development and management of an interface register and reporting system.
• Developing and maintaining the Interface Control documents with other project partners.
• Facilitate and document clear communication between interface parties, including conflict resolution.
• Participate in Interface Meetings as required to manage interfaces.
• Supporting the project team in review of work packages and documents, obtaining signoffs as required.

Qualification :

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Piping Engineering

Other Qualification :

• PMP/ PMI certified

Experience :

Minimum of 10 years' of experience out of which min 03 years worked in Saudi Arabia in the same capacity specially in Aramco’s Pipeline Projects.
